Analyze available reads or counts with explicit QC and statistical methods. Atlas entries retain their source studies' methods; they have not all been reprocessed through this pipeline. Validation probability is not yet available.

The local engine reads supported FASTQ files or validated count tables. A connected browser upload and analysis workflow is not available yet.

Bring us a finished screen.
Discuss a blinded evaluation with us. Predictions, outcome definitions and the analysis plan must be frozen before independent validation outcomes are revealed. This workflow still requires a laboratory partner.
